San Antonio Spurs forward Kawhi Leonard‘s stellar play in the first four games of their series against the Memphis Grizzlies has already given David Fizdale a lot of headaches. With averages of 32.5 points, 6.5 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 2.0 steals, the first-year head coach now has a deeper understanding of why he is widely considered one of the best players in the league today.

That said, Fizdale may be feeling that he's running out of options on how to stop the 25-year-old San Diego State product becoming a thorn in their quest of contending for a title. He even joked recently that he is open to suggestions on how his players can do a better job at it, which goes to show the respect he has for Leonard, as well as how important this postseason appearance is for his team.

Despite Leonard's incredible production in Games 3 and 4, the Grizzlies have turned around their fortunes by paying more attention to the other players of the Spurs. They have limited Leonard's supporting cast, which may be the reason why they have won back-to-back games.

There may not be a way to completely stop Leonard from playing at a very high level, but based on the results of their last two games, Fizdale may just opt to continue using the same game plan in their next games, especially now that he knows the Grizzlies have been successful with it.
