L.A. Clippers center DeAndre Jordan might not be in the business of real state, but he should seriously consider it after downgrading to a $5 million Malibu beach mansion, according to TMZ Sports.

The 6-foot-11 center scored this sweet pad the same day he sold his $11.75 million Pacific Palisades mansion, netting more than half the return in exchange.

His new Malibu home is 4,600 square foot with five bedrooms and six bathrooms in a private guard-gated community. The new pad is equipped with a movie theater, swimming pool, a guest suite and luxury-style bathrooms.

While Jordan can likely afford bigger digs with a massive $87 million contract, it's nice to be able to downsize, even if that means having a beautifully decked out home that most people can only dream to afford.
