The Toronto Raptors are having a franchise best NBA season led by their all-star duo of DeMar DeRozan and Kyle Lowry. They likely won't get the number one overall seed, but they're still playing very well to end the regular season in the North.

In the fourth quarter of last night's game against the New York Knicks, DeRozan scored his 22nd point of the night, which moved him past Raptor great Vince Carter on the franchise's all-time scoring list.

DeRozan now trails Chris Bosh by 854 points for first place. With DeRozan becoming a free agent this summer, a big part of whether he stays and is able to grab that all time franchise record depends on how the Raptors do in the postseason. After a pair of postseasons with high expectations ended with disastrous first-round exits, Toronto has a bad stigma. This postseason will be their chance to move out of the first round and try to make some noise, possibly challenging the Cleveland Cavaliers for a Finals bid.
