After Paul Millsap, it’s now Dennis Schroder’s turn to give Atlanta Hawks fans a scare in training camp.

According to reports, the team’s starting point guard wasn’t able to participate in their latest practice due to a sore ankle.

It is a tough break as the German floor general is poised to have a breakout season this year due to the departure of Jeff Teague. Everyone will be on the lookout for updates in the coming days and hopefully, Schroder will get to rejoin the team in practice.

Last season, Dennis Schroder averaged 11.0 points and 4.4 assists in only 20 minutes per game. That translates to 19.5 points, 4.5 rebounds, 7.8 assists, and 1.6 steals per 36 minutes.
