The news coming out of the Houston Texans organization is heating up, as Deshaun Watson's sexual assault allegations continue to pile up. Now, with 22 women accusing Watson of the exact same crime, Watson's lawyers have gone back and forth in a heated exchange with Tony Buzbee, per Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk.

“After Tuesday's compelling remarks from Ashley Solis, the first person who sued Watson and who has now attached her name, face, and voice to the cause, attorney Rusty Hardin issued a statement that attempted to rebut her contention that it's ‘false' to say the case is ‘just about money.' “

Buzbee was quick to respond through social media.

“The latest and ever-changing Watson defense is that our legal team is somehow compromised because we tried to settle or resolve issues with one client before putting all of these women through the current media circus we knew would result, because the alleged perpetrator is a famous quarterback.”

Furthermore, Tony Buzbee has hinted at possible federal law violations against Deshaun Watson. Some of Watson's accusers claim he flew them to Houston from other states, where he allegedly sexually assaulted them.

Via Florio:

“Deshaun Watson reaches out to a woman in Atlanta, Georgia, while he's in Houston,” Buzbee said. “Hear what I'm saying. He reaches out to a woman via direct message on Instagram who's located in Atlanta, Georgia. He does this while he's in Houston. He asks her for a massage. He tells her he'll fly her in. He buys her a plane ticket. He arranges for her Uber from the airport. He Ubers her to the Houstonian.”

Moreover, Florio also reports “Buzbee said that, of his 22 clients, two came from Georgia, one from California, and one from Houston.”  For this reason, federal authorities could get involved in the case to investigate if sex trafficking laws were violated by Deshaun Watson.

This is an ongoing story. Pay close attention to the case as more information will likely be released in the coming days.
