Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James was one of the many of fans watching Game 1 of the World Series on Tuesday between the Los Angeles Dodgers and Tampa Bay Rays. Being a Dodgers supporter himself, LeBron was clearly delighted with L.A.'s 8-3 victory, and he made sure to make his feelings known on social media — Magic Johnson style.

James celebrated the Dodgers' Game 1 victory by providing a Magic-esque postgame analysis on Twitter:

LeBron made special mention of the Dodgers' usual suspects, as Clayton Kershaw, Cody Bellinger, and Mookie Betts all stepped up in this one to lead them to a key victory to open the series.

James was a bit more colorful on Instagram, posting the infamous Joe Kelly meme:

LeBron James, Dodgers, Clayton Kershaw

Unlike LeBron, who enjoyed the spectacle from the comfort of his own home, there were actually 11,388 fans able to watch the game live at the Texas Rangers' Globe Life Field. The pandemic significantly limited the attendance in Game 1, which turned out to be the lowest for any World Series game for more than a century.

Game 2 is scheduled for Wednesday night, and the Dodgers will look to log another win to increase their series advantage to 2-0. LeBron will surely tune in for that one as well, and we will be sure to pass along his social media updates on the game as soon as they come.
