Magic Johnson was one of the myriad supporters who celebrated the Los Angeles Dodgers' World Series win on Tuesday night. Johnson took to Twitter to make his post-championship statement, while also mentioning the Los Angeles Lakers' recent NBA title win.
According to Magic, never in his wildest dreams did he imagine that he and Jeanie Buss would have won titles a few weeks apart:

For those in need of context, Jeanie Buss is currently the controlling owner and president of the Lakers. She stepped into the limelight when her father, Jerry Buss, passed away in 2013. Jeanie is the first female controlling owner in history to have led her team to a championship when L.A. won it all this past season.
On the other hand, Magic is part of an investment group that purchased the Dodgers, making him a part owner. Back in 2012, the Johnson-led group paid no less than $2 billion for the franchise. It is also worth noting that Magic considers Jerry Buss to be his mentor in the world of business. He made sure to make mention of the former Lakers owner in his message above.
As Johnson expressed in his tweet, the fact that the Lakers and the Dodgers won titles in the same year is a bit of a dream come true for him. Despite the fact that Johnson's tenure as a team executive with the Lakers did not exactly end in the best way, he still considers Jeanie as his sister. As it appears, there's really no beef between these two.
For what it's worth, Johnson also took this as an opportunity to flex a bit:

The same investment group that purchased the Dodgers, Guggenheim Partners, also owns the Los Angeles Sparks. It has certainly been quite the career for Magic Johnson.
