The Miami Dolphins suffered a disappointing 31-12 loss to the Green Bay Packers on Sunday afternoon, but it saw veteran running back Frank Gore once again prove that he is still an ageless wonder.

Following a solid performance with 90 rushing yards on just 13 carries, he has pushed himself into a territory in all of his own as he's the first player to record at least 500 rushing yards in 14 straight seasons, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.

This is an impressive feat that Gore now has to his name as he has broken a tie with two Hall of Famers that speaks highly of his work ethic and dedication to his craft. He has been able to continue to be an effective runner out of the backfield despite now being 35 years old. Gore has made the most of his opportunities this season as he has rushed for 528 yards on 117 carries for 4.5 yards per attempt through the first 10 games played. He is currently averaging the most yards per attempt since the 2012 campaign.

Gore has been a steady option out of the backfield for the Dolphins this season tallying north of 50 rushing yards six times, which includes a 100 rushing yard performance in the overtime win against the Chicago Bears. The fact that he has been able to continue to be an effective runner at this point in his career has only further demonstrates his dedication to the craft and talent level. Gore is currently on pace to record 845 rushing yards, which would mark the 13th straight year that he has reached more than 800 rushing yards.

The fact that he has continued to play at a high level has added to his impressive resume as he has already moved up to fourth on the all-time rushing list. Regardless of how much longer Gore plays, he is adding to what should be a sure-fire Hall of Fame career.
