Waddle has been an amazing receiver for the Dolphins this year. He entered the game with 77 receptions. However, his nine receptions (and counting) on Sunday against the Giants is enough to give Waddle the most catches by a rookie receiver in Dolphins' franchise history.
Things are looking up for Miami. They're on a serious win streak and their young players are developing nicely. If the front office can build a better offensive line, the offense is likely to make massive strides next year. Waddle is going to play a huge role in the Dolphins' future success, as he's already the best receiver on the team.
He did leave the game for a moment but came back on the field shortly after. The injury scare doesn't seem to be serious, which bodes well for Miami's outlook for the remainder of the season. They seem to have a hold on the Giants, as they aim to earn their sixth win on the year.
