The Miami Dolphins may be worse than advertised. The Dolphins' 102 points given up is tied for the most allowed in the first two weeks in NFL history:

On Sunday, Miami saw the New England Patriots trample them to the tune of 43-0. The Patriots' defense recorded two pick-6s. Miami allowed 30 points scored in the second half, and Tom Brady finished with three touchdowns, including one on the ground.

This debacle comes after the Dolphins lost by even more against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 1. In the season opener, Baltimore put up a franchise-high 59 points to just 10 for Miami. During that game, the Dolphins allowed the most points scored in a home game in franchise history and yards in any game.

While Miami's defense has been bad, the offense has also been atrocious. Through two weeks of play, Ryan Fitzpatrick and Josh Rosen have combined for six interceptions to one touchdown. On the ground, the team has rushed the ball for 63 yards on 27 attempts, equating to an average of 2.3 yards per attempt.

The Dolphins have played good teams the past two weeks, and that's not going to change Week 3 when they travel to Dallas to face the 2-0 Cowboys. After that is a game against the 1-1 Los Angeles Chargers.
