For the last Major in the Dota 2 Pro Circuit 2021 (DPC 2021), PSG.LGD cleanly sweeps Evil Geniuses at the Grand Finals.

The Chinese team scored 500 DPC Points for winning the WePlay! AniMajor, as well as taking home $200,000 in cash prize. They defeated Evil Geniuses 3-0 in three highly-contested matches that pushed all competitors to their limits. For their efforts, Evil Geniuses brought home $100,000. But by securing second place in the final Dota 2 Major in DPC 2021, Evil Geniuses scored 450 DPC Points. With that, they ended up the highest-ranking pro team in this year's DPC Season with 1,700 Points. That's 400 Points higher than PSG.LGD's 1,300 Points. Evil Geniuses secured first place, thanks also to their second-place finish in the previous ONE Esports Singapore Major.

Again, Evil Geniuses went second against a Chinese team. That region might be the bane of NA's best pro Dota 2 team.

For the rest of the six slots in Dota 2 The International 10, the teams will be determined via the Regional Qualifiers. All of the teams that competed in both the Upper Division and Lower Division of the Regional League that are still not qualified for TI will be joining the Double Elimination Playoff Bracket of the Regional Qualifiers. This includes former TI champions OG and Team Nigma.

Unlike in the most recent The Internationals, there will not be any open qualifiers in this year's Road to TI. One team from each of the six regions: Eastern Europe, Western Europe, China, Southeast Asia, North America, and South America will head to TI through the Regional Qualifiers.
