Valve has just released the Dota 2 The International 10 Compendium. It is free to everyone who has access to the Dota 2 client. It features a lot of fun ways for fans to join in on the TI10 experience, even if none of us will be attending the tournament in person. With that said, we made this Dota 2 TI10 compendium guide to help you discover the fastest way to gain free treasures. We also prepared a list of all of the major prizes in the game. Unlike most of Dota 2‘s compendium and battle passes, you can't purchase levels directly for this one, so it's important for you to know exactly how to earn those compendium levels.

What's in the Dota 2 TI10 Compendium?

The TI10 compendium track is only 15 levels short, and it will provide repeating rewards afterward. There are only several unique rewards this time around, and most of the grind will involve getting more and more treasures. Everyone starts at Level 1 which contains “Seasonal Effect – Teleport Level 1” and the TI10 Compendium Emoticon. There really isn't a lot of great stuff to earn here, so we could just list them all down below:

  • Level 1 – Teleport Level 1 & TI10 Compendium Emoticon
  • Level 3 – The International 2021 HUD
  • Level 5 – The International 2021 Loading Screen I
  • Level 7 – The International 2021 Loading Screen II
  • Level 9 – Teleport Level 2
  • Level 11 – The International 2021 Loading Screen III
  • Level 13 – The International 2021 Loading Screen IV
  • Level 15 – The International 2021 Loading Screen V

Given that we spend less and less time on the loading screen nowadays, most of the rewards are pretty useless. The Teleport Effect is somewhat a hit or miss. We personally like it, but we have seen others hating on it. Hence, the only real reward here is the treasures that are given out every other level, and every time past Level 16.

How to get easy levels for the TI10 Compendium?

If you've already opened your starter fantasy player card packs, then you would probably have hit Level 2 already and have earned one TI10 Lineage Treasure. You can get more points by:

  • 300pts – Voting for a film in the Short Film Contest
  • 300pts – Filling out all 40 tournament predictions
  • 3900pts – Completing all fantasy player card slots in teams
  • 300pts – Filling out the entire Bracket Predictions after the group stages
  • 500pts – Purchasing at least one Talent Autograph

You get one level for every 1,000 experience points you get for the Dota 2 TI10 Compendium. Other ways to earn levels, through different amounts, are:

  • Making correct tournament and bracket predictions
  • Making correct predictions at the start of games during live streams in-game or on Twitch
  • Earning points through the Fantasy Team mechanic
  • Supporting teams by joining Supporters' Clubs, where supporters earn points each time their team wins. During TI10 season, Supporters' Clubs memberships will be at 50% off.
