The final chance for teams to qualify to The International 10 will be through this year's Regional Qualifiers. Teams who competed in the Regional Leagues but didn't receive enough DPC Points to be part of the Top 12 will have to go through here. With the WePlay! Esports AniMajor Dota 2 tournament well on the way, we get news on when these regional qualifiers will take place. After the WePlay! Esports AniMajor, we'll have final confirmation on which among the world's best teams will get direct invites to The International. As fans may already know, only the top 12 teams in the DPC Leaderboards will receive direct invites.

So far, only four Dota 2 pro teams have secured their slots in TI10. Team SecretInvictus GamingVirtus.pro, and Evil Geniuses all have accumulated enough DPC Points to get invited no matter what their performance in the AniMajor would be. As for the rest of the teams in the Major, well, they'll have to at least reach the playoffs and then win at least two rounds to even get any more DPC Points before TI.

Meanwhile, everyone else who isn't in the Dota 2 AniMajor will be competing in the very stacked regional qualifiers. Apart from the twelve teams who will be receiving direct invites through their DPC Points, only six more teams will join through the qualifiers.

For those interested in the schedule for the qualifiers, Valve released the dates along with the Dota Plus Update – Summer 2021 Patch. It goes as follows:

Eastern Europe and South America: June 23 – 26, 2021

North America and Southeast Asia: June 30 – July 31, 2021
