The entire world is holding its collective breath as we all wait for more developments on the recent hospitalization of hip-hop legend, Dr. Dre.

According to TMZ, the 55-year-old record exec suffered from brain aneurysm and was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

Per the same report, Dr. Dre was rushed to the hospital on Monday and was taken directly to the ICU. Though the record producer is currently stable and lucid, he still remains in intensive care as tests are still being done.

Ice Cube, Dr. Dre's former NWA cohort, sent out his thoughts and prayers to his old buddy.

NBA and NFL stars were keeping Dr. Dre in their minds as soon as they heard the news of the rapper's current condition.

Miami Heat icon Dwyane Wade also made sure to send his well-wishes and love for Dr. Dre amid his worrying condition.

Ahead of Tuesday night's game between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Memphis Grizzlies, LeBron James also took time to commemorate the hip-hop mogul by repping Beats–Dr. Dre's headphone brand which James also endorses.

The Compton, California native worked his way from being an after-hours club performer back in the mid-80s to being part of one of the most influential rap groups in NWA. From there, Dr. Dre's popularity and success constantly grew as he transformed to being one of the biggest producers in the game, mentoring different rappers and artists through the years.

He also dabbled in entrepreneurship when he launched his headphones brand Beats By Dre in 2008, which has been a household brand in pop culture ever since. In 2014, Apple purchased the brand for $3 billion, which made Dr. Dre the richest man in hip-hop history.
