Earlier this year, Uproxx published a story which claimed that taking a charge from Duke's Zion Williamson was equivalent to getting hit by a slow moving jeep. Unfortunately for Syracuse player Marek Dolezaj, he was able to experience this first hand on Monday night.

Dolezaj bravely stood in front of Williamson and paid a terrible price. He seemed extremely shaken up by the hit, spending a minute or two on the floor in pain. Dolezaj was only able to play 12 minutes and went scoreless in the ballgame.

Williamson had a monster game, playing all but one minute in the overtime loss. He put up a 35 point and 10 rebound double-double that ultimately was not enough to lead the Blue devils to victory. They were upset by Syracuse by a final score of 95-91.

The freshman is expected to be a very high pick in next years draft. Many pundits have him going No. 1. Williamson has shown that his body is NBA ready, and has dominated the college scene so far. NBA scouts will be watching him closely for the rest of the season, and it will be interesting to see which teams logo he will end up wearing on draft night.
