Miami Heat veteran Dwyane Wade is apparently a huge fan of Golden State Warriors coach Steve Kerr to the point he'd vote him president.

You know, like actual president… of the United States of America.

In an interview with Bloomberg, Wade said the following when asked about Steve Kerr:

Bloomberg: Do you think Steve Kerr of the Warriors could run for president?

Dwayne Wade: Yeah. I’d vote for him. I like him.

It was one of many questions asked of the Heat star, which resulted in a rather insightful Q&A. My own favorite part, among many, was Wade calling out the reporter for saying G-League and not going with the entire, lesser used name:

Bloomberg: We have a story on the G League in this issue …

Wade: Gatorade league, by the way. I’m sponsored by Gatorade.

As for Kerr, he's as often associated with being on of the most outspoken coaches in the league as he is being the man leading Golden State's dynasty.

While Wade was likely joking, at least a little bit, there is something to be said about the idea of famous people running for president. Fake doesn't automatically equate great leader, even if that person appears as one on TV and/or is willing to talk about divisive issues.
