The Philadelphia Eagles were eliminated in the Wild Card Round by the Seattle Seahawks, and there could be significant changes coming within the organization. As the team embarks on the offseason, general manager Howie Roseman made a surprising admission via Jeff McLane.

Just a couple of years ago, the Eagles were able to secure their first Super Bowl in franchise history. Since then, the team has made the playoffs twice and advanced to the divisional round once.

There's no doubt that Doug Pederson has the confidence of the front office as the team's head coach. On the other hand, it doesn't appear that everyone on the coaching staff is safe this offseason.

Among them, defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz's job seems to be in jeopardy moving forward. When Pederson was asked about Schwartz, he was noncommital to saying that Schwartz would be back with the team in 2020.

As for the players on the roster, Nelson Agholor appears to have played his final down with the team already. Agholor's rookie contract is set to expire this offseason after the team exercised his fifth-year option for 2019.

Besides Agholor, there's a possibility that Malcolm Jenkins could be heading elsewhere. Following last week's loss to the Seahawks, the veteran safety noted that he won't return to the Eagles under his current contract.

Jenkins is slated to make $7.6 million in 2020 despite playing in every defensive snap in 2019. The only other players to achieve the feat in 2019 was Justin Simmons of the Denver Broncos.

The Eagles were fortunate enough to make the postseason despite the bevy of injuries they dealt with. However, Roseman understands that the injuries weren't the only issue with the team in 2019.
