Lane Johnson and Zach Brown had some beef when the two were on separate teams but now that they are both teammates on the Philadelphia Eagles, it looks like the two pros have put their differences aside.
Before the start of the 2017 Johnson guaranteed in the Players Tribune that the Eagles were going to come away with an opening game victory against the Washington Redskins.
“Let me tell you what’s going to happen in a couple of weeks: This team is going to go down to D.C. and whup some ass against the Redskins,” Johnson wrote. “We’re going to surprise some people.”
Brown who was getting ready to play his first game with the Redskins took exception to the comments and called him out on Twitter for his PED use.
They are some new boys in town and we don't need PEDs to win… but just for u, 53 will be seeing you!

The Eagles got the last laugh beating the Redskins 30-17 and eventually went on to win the Super Bowl. On Monday after it was announced that Brown was signed to the team, Johnson took to Twitter to welcome him and say the trash talking was in the past.
Talking sh** is part of the game. 🗣️ Putting our history in the past. 🚫 Teammates now. 💪 One goal. 🏆 @ZachBrown_55 #flyeaglesfly https://t.co/J1j42YsVm5

Brown replied to Johnson's Tweet and seems to be excited that the two are now teammates.
Lol yeah it is big homie… let’s get it done this year 💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿 #Respect #FlyEaglesFly

The Eagles will open up their season on the road September 8th against the Washington Redskins and there will be a lot of storylines heading into this game. Not only is Brown going to be playing against his former team but so is Desean Jackson who has never been quiet about his trash talking, so maybe he will be the one doing it this season.
