Another day, more social media drama surrounding a former Pittsburgh Steelers star. Just as the various Antonio Brown Twitter controversies were dying down, Le'Veon Bell has found himself involved in one of his own.

The Jets running back is now involved in a back and forth with Eagles defensive lineman Malik Jackson, per Michael David Smith of ProFootballTalk.com.

It all started when Bell posted a video from two seasons ago of him juking Jackson, then a member of the Jacksonville Jaguars, in a playoff game.

In the clip, Bell is mic'd up and more or less makes fun of Jackson from the Steelers' sideline. In his caption, he promised to return to that form in 2019.

Jackson then responded by posting his own clip, this time of himself during that same playoff game.

You can view the full video that Jackson is referring to here. Jackson was mic'd up for the game too, and he can be heard taunting Bell about where he's going to sign in free agency.

Fortunately for us fans, the Jets and Eagles play each other in 2019, so we should get to see them settle things on the field. For what it's worth, Bell then did try to calm things down, posting that he wasn't trying to call out Jackson.

“For whatever reason Malik Jackson took my post as if I’m tryin to make him look bad and that’s not the case at all,” Bell wrote, according to Pro Football Talk. “Look, bro, I respect your game. We all know y’all won that game, you played well in that game too so I’m posting this too. I’m all positive vibes this way bro.”

The NFL offseason can certainly be filled with plenty of wild social media storylines like this one.
