The Philadelphia Eagles are looking to bounce back in Week 13 against the New York Jets. Having halfback Miles Sanders, who tweaked his ankle against the New York Giants, would go a long way towards helping Philadelphia right the ship. Well, the Eagles' running game is in great shape after the recent update on Sanders.

That's great news. Not only has Miles Sanders been able to take the field at Eagles practice, but he himself is also confirming that he will be out there on Sunday against the Jets.

The Eagles have had no trouble running the ball without Sanders- in fact, they've risen to the number-one spot in the NFL in terms of rushing yards, though it's always good to get a player of Sanders' caliber back in the lineup.

It seems like people have forgotten just how good Miles Sanders is, as he burst onto the NFL scene with a historic rookie season. Not only that, but Sanders has been excellent in limited action this season, averaging 5.2 yards per carry while playing well off of the Eagles' read-option offense with mobile quarterback Jalen Hurts.

Sanders appears to be fully healthy and ready to help the Eagles' running game take advantage of a Jets' defense that has allowed the sixth-most rushing yards per game this season. That's great news for the Eagles and their fans.
