The Philadelphia Eagles organization continues to look disjointed after the team made its third-round pick in the 2021 NFL Draft. An awkward exchange between general manager Howie Roseman and senior football adviser Tom Donahoe proved to be the evidence as it was caught on cam after the team made its selection on Friday evening, via Anthony DiBona.

Philadelphia used its 73rd overall pick in the third round to draft Louisiana Tech defensive lineman Milton Williams. Afterward, Roseman was seen going around the draft room and offering fist-bumps to the front office members including head coach Nick Sirianni and team owner Jeff Lurie.

However, Roseman was greeted with a frown when he approached Donahoe who wasn't in a jolly mood to celebrate with the general manager after the pick was made. According to NBC Sports, it was revealed that the veteran scout wasn't in approval of the team's decision to trade down from the 70th to the 73rd pick.

Despite his evident disappointment, the deal made with the Carolina Panthers still gave the Eagles an additional sixth-round pick. The Panthers then used its newly acquired 70th pick to select BYU offensive lineman Brady Christensen while the Eagles opted to nab Williams.

Even with the disagreement in the draft proceedings, both Roseman and Donahoe go a long way back as they have been with the Eagles organization since 2012. Hopefully, the members of the front office will get past the incident as they aim to make the most out of the 2021 NFL Draft in preparation for next season.
