While teams across the league are making huge offseason trades and deals, the Philadelphia Eagles have been pretty quiet.

However, NFL insider Ian Rapoport believes that Fletcher Cox could be the Birds' first big move of the offseason. He tweeted the possibility of the blockbuster trade Friday morning.

Rapoport noted the big conversation surrounding defensive lines this offseason as one reason why Cox could be wearing a different jersey soon.

Cox is one of the few players left on the Eagles that was on the 2018 Super Bowl winning team. He was selected 12th overall in the 2012 NFL Draft and has been with Philadelphia ever since. Along with being a Super Bowl champion, Cox is a 2018 First-team All-Pro, three-time Second-team All-Pro, and a six-time Pro Bowler.

The defensive tackle has been able to remain healthy through the majority of his career. He has 443 total tackles and 58.0 sacks throughout his decade-long run in Philadelphia. Cox played in and started in 16 of 17 games this season and recorded 35 tackles, 3.5 sacks, and two forced fumbles.

No big roster changes have taken place for the Birds yet, but veteran Jason Kelce announced Thursday that he isn't hanging up his cleats just yet. The star center was debating retirement this offseason, but it sounds like all of head coach Nick Sirianni's beer keg bribes paid off.
