The Philadelphia Eagles have managed to claw their way back into their Thursday night game against the Green Bay Packers after going down by 10 early in the second quarter. Miles Sanders was the catalyst of the first touchdown drive with his incredible 66-yard return.

The play began with a beautiful kickoff by Mason Crosby. He put enough power into the ball that Sanders had to start his kick return from their end zone. However, what he did next with the football was enough to amaze the Eagles fans who dared the trip to Lambeau Field.

The Eagles’ return team was able to hold an opening long enough for him to rush past them. He then put on an incredible run that could have gone for a touchdown if it wasn’t for Crosby’s tackle underneath Sanders’ legs.

The Eagles have a horrible record so far, losing tightly contested games against the Atlanta Falcons and Detroit Lions.

It’s in their best interest to stop the skid, and Sanders’ impressive return was the catalyst that brought about the Eagles’ comeback.
