Following the trolling made by KK Lietkabelis Panevezys head coach Arturs Stalsbergs to LiAngelo and LaMelo Ball, an email from their older brother Lonzo's agent offering their services to European basketball teams made the rounds recently.
A copy of the email sent by Harrison Gaines to Vischy-Clermont of France’s Pro B Second Division League has surfaced, where it clearly sells the idea to them of having the two younger Balls to play for them as they will “undoubtedly bring a lot of attention” to the team.
The email also talks about the achievements both LiAngelo and LaMelo Ball had during their high school playing careers, per BasketEurope.com.
The Ball patriarch, LaVar, made a lot of headlines, once again, recently, when he decided to pull out LiAngelo from UCLA after he was suspended for shoplifting in China. LaVar made it known that he will train him together with LaMelo, and prepare them for the NBA. The Big Baller Brand CEO also gave a strong statement, and claimed that both of them will end up with the Los Angeles Lakers, just like his eldest son.
The French team has not responded yet, but it will be interesting to find out if they will entertain the offer or not. Should they do, the Ball brothers will gain a lot of valuable experience playing professionally in France, and it should help them in their preparations ahead of declaring for the NBA draft in the future.
