When your team is 4-10, chances are there aren't a lot of chances to crack jokes at opposing players.

But if you're Joel Embiid, with an Instagram level over 9000, then chances are you'll find a way to get your point across in some way or another.

On Monday, the Philadelphia 76ers picked up their fourth win of the year against the Miami Heat, led by Embiid's 22 points and five rebounds. His counterpart Hassan Whiteside had a monster 32-point, 13-rebound double-double in a losing effort.

Embiid later took to Instagram for a subtle jab at Whiteside, tagging him as “BBQ chicken,” a common phrase used by TNT's Shaquille O'Neal when someone is getting cooked in a particular play.
