Derek kicks off the episode with the new that running back Todd Gurley is on his own offseason conditioning program per ESPN's Lindsey Thiry. The team gave no explanation of why Gurley is on a separate program. Speculation remains over whether or not his knee currently suffers from arthritis or a degenerative condition.

The second segment opens with the Browns Wire's Jeff Risdon. He explains why Hue Jackson failed in Cleveland and what makes Freddy Kitchens different. Risdon also discusses what makes Baker Mayfield special and what he expects from him in the future.

He also examines his strengths and weaknesses and what he wants fans to know about him. Finally, Bachman shows his personal side with a look at his favorite movies, food and hobbies. He ends the interview by discussing Sean McVay and what he brings to the Rams.
