Basketball doesn't stop in the summer for NBA players.

Even during the offseason, you can still watch your favorite players ball, and in 2016, a lot of time that means mixtapes from celebrity games.

Phoenix Suns point guard Eric Bledsoe threw his second annual celebrity basketball game this week, held in Birmingham, Ala., and many of his teammates including Archie Goodwin, Brandon Knight, Alex Len and Devin Booker were out there participating.

Of course, the game came down to the wire offering up a somewhat unique situation for what would normally be a friendly atmosphere. Trailing by three, a team comprised of Goodwin and Booker had the ball in the final seconds. Video catches a cool exchange in the huddle with Bledsoe asking his Suns teammates, “Who wants it?”

Here's what Goodwin had to say, via NBA.com:

“I've got a game-winner under my belt,” Goodwin said. “I'm just saying, you want a three-ball, you know who to give it to.”

Down three, the ball found Booker. He got a good look, but couldn't connect and his team lost.

Here's a look at some of the highlights, including the final sequence:
