After a month-long of exciting fixtures, the Euro 2020 final is finally here. On Sunday, Italy and England lock horns at Wembley in what should be an absolute thriller. The Three Lions won a nailbiter in the semifinals against Denmark in extra time, while the Italians beat Spain in penalties. It's time to continue our Euro 2020 odds series and make an Italy England prediction and pick.

Here's how the sportsbooks have set the Italy-England odds for the grand finale in London:

Euro 2020 Odds: Italy-England Odds

Italy pk (+105), +195, Over 2 goals (-107)

England pk (-125), +170, Over 2 goals (-113)

Why Italy Can Win Euro 2020

The Azzurri have been the most impressive side in this competition by far. They ran through the group stage with ease, securing all nine points while bagging seven goals and conceding none. Once the knockout phases rolled around, it was just more dominance from Roberto Mancini's men.

Italy beat Austria in the Round of 16, then knocked out the #1 team in the world, Belgium, in the quarterfinals thanks to a breathtaking Lorenzo Insigne winner from outside of the box. The consistency that the Italians have shown has been a treat to watch, possessing a fundamentally sound squad who are lethal going forward and rock-solid at the back. While the semis were a slightly different story against the Spaniards where they were outplayed at times, Italy still managed to pull through after Jorginho calmly put away the decisive spot-kick to send their supporters into a complete uproar.

With marauding left-back Leonardo Spinazzola out with an Achilles injury, expect Chelsea's Emerson to get another start in his absence. He did quite well in the semis and will certainly be tested by an England frontline who possesses pace and skill. The battle to seriously watch though will be in the middle of the park. Jorginho has been nothing short of outstanding in the tournament and he will be coming up against fellow Premier League foes Declan Rice, Kalvin Phillips, and Mason Mount.

Heading into Sunday's final, the Azzurri are currently on a 33-match unbeaten streak that dates back to 2018. During that span, the side has won 27 times and drawn on just six occasions. They're firing on all cylinders and will have all the confidence in the world that a magical night at Wembley is very much possible against an England team who is facing boatloads of pressure on home soil. If the Italians capture the ultimate prize, it will be the first time they win the Euros since 1968 after finishing as runners-up in 2000 and 2012.

Why England Can Win Euro 2020

The Three Lions are in their first European Championship final ever and you better believe the entire nation is absolutely buzzing. The group stages weren't the most convincing for England though, going 2-1-0 and scoring just two goals in three appearances. However, Gareth Southgate's backline has been phenomenal, allowing just one goal in the tournament thus far, which was from a dead-ball situation against the Danes.

The English ended their poor spell of form versus Germany in the Round of 16 with a historic victory at Wembley thanks to two late goals from Raheem Sterling and Harry Kane, then absolutely throttled Ukraine in the quarterfinals by a score of 4-0.

The Three Lions were handed a questionable penalty in extra time in the semis after Sterling went down in the box, but VAR opted to not overturn the call. Denmark keeper Kasper Schmeichel saved Kane's spot-kick, but the Tottenham hitman fired home the rebound to secure England's spot in the final. After a rather sluggish start to the tournament, Kane has really started to find himself in the final third. He's bagged four goals in the last three games after netting a brace in the Ukraine clash and will surely be a key figure up top on Sunday. Sterling has also been phenomenal with his ambitious runs and pace, having scored three times in Euro 2020.

An interesting storyline to keep an eye on is if Bukayo Saka starts out wide of the front three on the right against the Italians if Southgate opts to choose a 4-3-3 formation. While Saka did provide an assist on Wednesday, Jack Grealish has proven to be a difference-maker whenever he's been on the pitch. With that in mind, The Aston Villa man may potentially get a chance to be in the starting XI here in arguably the biggest match of his young career.

If England can lift the hardware at Wembley, it will be their first major trophy since 1966 when they won the World Cup.

Final Italy-England Prediction & Pick

I really do expect this to be an absolute dogfight. Both of these sides are brimming with quality throughout and it's definitely going to be a very close fixture. While England does have the advantage with the Three Lions supporters behind them, I love how the Italians have played in this tournament. They may not be full of superstars, but Mancini's squad plays extremely well together and are capable of finding their way through the best backlines around.

Take the Azzurri on the Moneyline.
