OCULUS GAMING SHOWCASE ANNOUNCEMENTS RUNDOWN
Pistolwhip Smoke & Thunder – 5-scene narrative-driven action-packed campaign arrives in Pistolwhip VR. The campaign pack, which is coming this Summer 2021, tells the tale of two sisters in the Wild West.
Warhammer 40,000 Battle Sister – A new intense co-op action mode arrives in the frantic and gory first-person shooter game. Pixeltoys brings multiplayer to the game on Oculus Rift, available now.
Lone Echo II – Oculus Rift and Oculus Quest will both get Lone Echo II later this year, the sequel to the atmospheric game Lone Echo.
Resident Evil 4 VR – Oculus Quest will be giving players the entire Resident Evil 4 VR experience. The game will feature an enhanced and remastered environment for fans to enjoy. Resident Evil 4 VR arrives on Oculus Quest 2 later this year. Check out the full details here.
Star Wars: Tales From the Galaxy's Edge Part 2 – After the success of Part 1, ILMxLab now develops Part 2 of the virtual reality adventure game. Part 2 releases sometime this year.
Star Wars: Pinball VR – Yep, Star Wars: Pinball VR is coming to Oculus Quest with customizable VR pinball tables and fan caves, launching on April 29, 2021.
I Expect You To Die 2: The Spy and the Liar – The sequel to the puzzle stealth game arrives later this year, with more of the hilarious humor that fans loved from the original. Learn more here.
Carve Snowboarding – Nostalgic Nintendo 64 fans will appreciate this VR remake of 1080° Snowboarding, coming on May 27, 2021.
After the Fall – Fight more undead creatures when After the Fall arrives on the Oculus Quest and Oculus Rift platforms this Summer 2021.
The Walking Dead: Saints and Sinners: Aftershocks – The Aftershocks free update will be coming this May 20, 2021. The update offers players new missions, collectibles, and survival tools.
NEW GAMES OUT NOW
The Oculus Gaming Showcase also revealed a couple of new games that are out now on both Oculus Quest and Oculus Rift.
Wraith The Oblivion: Afterlife – Play as a wraith to unravel secrets and solve the mystery of the Barclay Mansion, out now on both Oculus Quest and Oculus Rift.
The Climb 2 – The Climb 2 gets a new “Freestyle Expansion Pack.” Released in two parts, the first part offers six out of the twelve new levels and is out now. The first part includes a new rhythm-based climbing level. The second part comes out later this year.
