The Atlanta Falcons may be without a key piece against the Denver Broncos after they officially listed wide receiver Calvin Ridley questionable for their upcoming match-up. According to Adam Schefter, the Falcons don't expect to have the 25-year old, who is dealing with a foot injury, to suit up for Sunday.

Schefter reports that the team will see if he can give it a go. However, given that he did not practice at all this week, it's highly likely that they exercise extra caution and keep him out of Sunday's match. While they would love to have him on the field as they look to secure just their third win of the season, assuring that the former first round pick is in full health should be priority no. 1.

The Falcons talent certainly looked limited last week with just 23 snaps. In his possible absence, Christian Blake should get the start on Sunday. Atlanta will have their bye in Week 10. This should give Ridley an extra week to recover from his foot ailment.

While the Falcons are finally starting to get their reinforcements back, a couple of key players will likely remain on the sidelines. Aside from Ridley, Dante Fowler also didn't participate in practice this week. Fowler has been nursing a hamstring injury.

Meanwhile, the Broncos seem like they will have running back Philip Lindsay aboard against the Falcons. He missed Wednesday's practice but participated in their sessions the rest of the week. Denver tagged him as questionable on Friday, but all signs suggest he will suit up on Sunday.
