The Atlanta Falcons have high hopes going into the 2020 NFL season. Head coach Dan Quinn already has an idea of the players he will be relying on to help spark a potential resurgence.

Quinn recently offered up some high praise for the right side of his offensive line in guard Chris Lindstrom and tackle Kaleb McGary. He expressed his confidence that the pair have made some tremendous strides in their development, via the team's official Twitter:

“I’m very excited to see the development at both right guard and right tackle with McGary and Lindstrom,” said Quinn. “I think these guys are going to take a huge step going into year two.”

The Falcons put an emphasis on shoring up their offensive line last offseason. This was highlighted by their decision to take Lindstrom and McGary in the first round of the 2019 NFL Draft.

The pair struggled to find their footing as rookies throughout the 2019 campaign. Of course, some growing pains were to be expected from such an inexperienced tandem. Fortunately, they were able to alleviate it by showing plenty of promise up front.

Although the of the offensive line may have been seen as a liability last season, Quinn is now hoping that it becomes an area of strength. The onus will ultimately fall on Lindstrom and McGary to provide a spark on the right side. While it is still early in their careers, the Falcons will need their investment to come to fruition if the team hopes to bounce back next season.
