Todd Gurley is entering his first season with the Atlanta Falcons and he'll be able to usher in the debut of the Falcons' new threads in 2020. As he begins training camp with his new team, fans got a first look at Gurley wearing Atlanta's uniforms.

Earlier this offseason, Gurley was released by the Los Angeles Rams due to injury concerns moving forward. At the same time, the Rams needed to free up some cap space for the future. Therefore, they released the All-Pro running back before his massive extension that he signed before the 2018 season even kicked in. The Falcons picked him up.

Not long after he was released by the Rams, Gurley was garnering interest from multiple teams on the open market. But once he got a chance to join the Falcons, Gurley didn't hesitate to sign on the dotted line. Of course, Gurley played his college football at Georgia and is a fan-favorite among the locals.

From 2015 through the majority of the 2018 season, Gurley was one of the best running backs in the NFL. However, a nagging knee ailment hindered his play with the Rams, causing him to rush for a career-worst 857 yards in 2019.

Just a few weeks after Gurley joined forces with Atlanta, it was announced that the franchise would be sporting new uniforms in 2020. Now, after months of waiting, Gurley has gotten a chance to try on the new-look uniforms on his new team. Fans of the Falcons are hoping that he reverts to his All-Pro level of play and wears the franchise's colors for years to come.
