The hits just keep coming for the Atlanta Falcons. ESPN's Adam Schefter is reporting that wide receivers Julio Jones and Calvin Ridley are questionable to play Monday night against the Green Bay Packers, though Russell Gage is expected to suit up despite a concussion.

The announcement follows two consecutive losses for Atlanta, in which they blew substantial leads reminiscent of their collapse in Super Bowl LI against the New England Patriots.

The last two weeks have not only intensified calls for the removal of head coach Dan Quinn, but have thrown into doubt the direction of the franchise. Once viewed as one of the more stable organizations in the league, thanks not only to the consistent talent of quarterback Matt Ryan but the aforementioned Julio Jones, the Falcons have begun to battle questions over their ability to stay competitive, and whether a rebuild is in order.

Another loss to the formidable Packers, even with two of their top offensive producers in Jones and Ridley limited, will only increase those questions.

Jones' injury was sustained prior to the season, but was tweaked in Week 2 loss to the Dallas Cowboys. Ridley's damaged ankle meanwhile, did not appear to come from gameday action, but was first listed on Thursday afternoon, following the wideout's absence from practice.

As for fellow receiver Russell Gage, then third-year player sustained a concussion during last week's game agains the Chicago Bears and entered the league's concussion protocol shortly thereafter. A five-step process required before a player can suit-up again, Gage seemed to be progressing well throughout the week, before officially being cleared Saturday afternoon.
