The NFL and the teams within the league have made a concerted effort to make voting a focus ahead of election day in November. In a post on the team's Twitter account, the Atlanta Falcons challenged the Dallas Cowboys to “Pass the Vote,” encouraging them to register as many members as they can to vote.

The video begins with Chris Lindstrom, one of the team's starting guards, saying the Falcons have gotten plenty of their players registered to vote. And as the Falcons prepare to face the Cowboys on Sunday, they are calling for them to do the same when it comes to registering.

The Cowboys later responded by accepting the challenge and issuing the same one to the Seattle Seahawks.

With the upcoming election set to take place in November, the NFL has committed to closing team facilities on Election Day. Therefore, while the league has made it clear that the election is a priority, the Falcons want the Cowboys to continue the trend of educating their players on voting.
