Matt Ryan, Hayden Hurst, and the rest of the Atlanta Falcons are off to a red-hot start against the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday afternoon.

The Falcons scored their first touchdown after Ryan found Calvin Ridley on a 22-yard yard strike following a Dak Prescott fumble.

Another Cowboys fumble led to more points after Ezekiel Elliott coughed up the football and Ryan found Hayden Hurst for a 42-yard touchdown.

Pretty excellent play-calling from Atlanta, as Hurst was left all alone on the throwback off the play-action look.

Ryan loves to use his tight ends, and Hurst has the opportunity to put up some numbers in a quick-strike Falcons offense.

The former Baltimore Ravens backup signed with Atlanta in the offseason, and finished his Falcons debut with three catches for 38 yards in a loss to the Seattle Seahawks in Week 1.

Hurst is on the board early in Week 2 as the Falcons look to bounce back with a win over the Cowboys.
