The New York Jets square off with the New York Giants in Week 10. Neither team has been good this year. The Jets are 1-7, while the Giants are 2-7.

Although neither team has won much, they both have a lot of things to be excited about. For the Jets, one of those players is Le'Veon Bell.

Of course, Bell isn't a younger player. So he might not be as exciting as Sam Darnold for example. But Bell probably isn't as old as you'd think. The running back is still just 27.

So far this year, he hasn't done all that much. Bell is averaging 3.3 yards per carry on the year and just one rushing touchdown. Although he does have 40 receptions, 242 receiving yards, and one receiving touchdown, making the bad rushing numbers a little more manageable.

Still, the numbers aren't great. So what should you expect from him in Week 10 when it comes to fantasy football?

If you have Bell in a fantasy league. It's likely you took him very early in the draft. So even with his struggles, it's hard to keep him out of your lineup.

The good news is, he had arguably his best game in Week 9. He had 17 rushes for 66 yards. (second-highest YPC of the year with 3.9). Meanwhile, he added on eight receptions for 55 yards.

Those 121 total yards were the second-highest of the season for Bell. And the only game that saw higher was Week 2, when he had 129 yards, and he did that with a much lower YPC and YPR.

Now Bell has some momentum going.

He's also going up against a bad Giants defense. They are allowing 391.4 total yards, 127.9 rushing yards and 28.3 points per game. So far, they have not really stopped anyone.

With Bell starting to get into a groove, he could have a massive Week 10.

While you should still temper your expectations a little bit, this game really does have the feel of one that could be vintage Bell.

Could he hit 100 rushing yards for the first time all year? Yes, absolutely. Could he reel in another five-plus receptions? You know it. Could he find his way into the end zone once or twice? Sure, why not.

However, what you should really expect is just a solid game. Nothing crazy, but something that gets the job done. Especially if you're in a PPR league, Bell will have his best game of the year.

Bell's set for an actually positive game against the Giants. Due to that, he should be in your starting lineup on Sunday. Expect him to be one of the better fantasy football running backs in Week 10.

Maybe he'll even ride that momentum and get hot for the rest of the year, just in time for your fantasy football playoff push.
