You may be tired of the Crying Jordan meme, but it's not going away anytime soon.

A Malawi newspaper made the most epic mistake this week when running a story about Michael Jordan's decision to speak out on violence and racial issues happening in this country right now.

Apparently they just went with the first photo that popped up when they searched “Michael Jordan.”

This is where we are right now. The greatest basketball player of all time may very well be known more for this crying photo than anything he's done on the basketball court. At least to a lot of the world.

Whoever the editors were in Malawi must not be familiar with the phenomenon of Jordan in tears. It's hard to imagine that being possible when you consider how popular the image has become in the last few years. We definitely haven't seen the last of it.
