College basketball fans probably remember Ben Brust, who was part of the Wisconsin Badgers basketball team from 2010 to 2014. Playing alongside the likes of Frank Kaminsky, Sam Dekker, and Nigel Hayes, Brust helped the Badgers make deep runs in the NCAA National Tournament, even playing in the national semifinals during his senior year in Madison.

After not hearing his name called in the 2014 NBA Draft, Brust packed his bags and went abroad, signing a one-year deal to play in Lithuania for the Pieno žvaigždės.

We are telling you all of these so we could paint a clearer background of a man that suddenly has become a great resource person when it comes to analyzing and projecting how LiAngelo Ball and LaMelo Ball would fare in Lithuania after the brothers signed contracts to play for Vytautas Prienai, a team Brust had a chance of going up against during his brief stint in Lithuania.

And for Brust, LiAngelo and LaMelo are in for a rude awakening in the Baltic state.

Brust is mostly concerned about how the brothers would react upon immersion to a culture that’s completely different from the one they’ve grown familiar with in the United States.

Whatever the case may be, all eyes are on the Ball siblings.
