It’s that time of the month again when Epic Games drops items that players can receive in Fortnite’s Monthly Crew Pack. For this month, the crew pack is featuring the Summer Skye skin.
Fortnite’s Monthly Crew Pack features the following cosmetics:
- Summer Skye (Outfit)
- Cursed Eagleshield (Back Bling)
- Epic Sword of Might (Pickaxe)
- Pspspsps! (Wrap)
- Cattitude (Wrap)
- Afternoon Quest (Loading Screen)
As always, Fortnite Crew members will also receive the battle pass instantly alongside 1,000 V-Bucks.
What makes Summer Skye special is the fact that she was actually created by a fan. Although, it really isn’t the first time that Epic Games has included a fan-created skin into the game. It’s nice to know that Epic Games cares about their community and continuously allows these collaborations. Nollobandz is once again making waves in Fortnite. He is a fan artist who designed Summer Skye as Skye’s alternative skin. Summer Skye now marks his second fan-designed skin to make into the game. The first skin he ever designed was Eco. The Earth Day skin was also an homage to Fortnite’s original island.
If you still haven’t purchased the July Fortnite Monthly Crew pack, now’s your last chance to do so. Players who subscribe before July 31 when the August Crew Pack releases will automatically receive the July Crew Pack. Fortnite’s July Crew Pack featured the God of Mischief set. The set contained Loki’s outfit, cape (Back Bling), scepter (Pickaxe), the Chitauri Chariot (Glider), and Loki’s Welcoming (Loading Screen).
