Genshin Impact accidentally sent twice as much rewards and acted quick. Due to an error in the mailing system, some players received a duplicate of the log-in rewards.
“Flowing Lights and Colors” – Lantern Rite Gifts is a log-in event currently ongoing, and players with an Adventure Rank of 2 and above are eligible. All you need to do is log into the game and check your mail to receive the following rewards:
February 9
- Intertwined Fate x1
- Golden Crab x5
- Sanctifying Unction x6
February 10
- Fragile Resin x1
- Tianshu Meat x5
- Hero's Wit x5
February 11
- Intertwined Fate x1
- Guide to Diligence x3
- Mystic Enhancement Ore x10
February 12
- Fragile Resin x1
- Guide to Gold x3
- Mora x50,000
February 13
- Intertwined Fate x1
- Guide to Prosperity x3
- Sanctifying Unction x6
These already seem like a plethora of rewards for something as easy as logging in, but players noticed something odd.
After logging in for February 9, some players from the Asia server reported that they received two identical mails, resulting in two Intertwined Fates gifted on the first day. The official Genshin Impact Twitter were quick to respond, and in a way that was favorable to players.
Dear Traveler
Due to a configuration issue with the in-game mail, Travelers on some servers received two copies of the mail "Flowing Lights and Colors" – Lantern Rite Gifts (1/5).

In a follow-up tweet, Genshin Impact Twitter said:
“Between 2022/02/09 0:00 (server time) and the end of V2.4, all Travelers will receive a total of two copies of the mail. Travelers who have already received two copies will not be able to claim these same rewards again. We will not withdraw any rewards already issued.”
So, throughout the login event, players will receive a total of 4 Intertwined Fates. We're certainly not complaining!
