Someone is making a comeback in Boston, and as a result, watching the Celtics just got more exciting.
Owner of a multitude of highlight plays and a former dunk champion, unrestricted free agent Gerald Green has been reported to be on his way back to the team he first played for, per Sporting News’ Sean Deveney.

The 6-foot-7 small forward played his first two years in the league for the Celtics where he averaged 8.9 points over 113 games. After his Beantown stint, Green has bounced around seven addresses with the most recent being in Miami as a member of the Heat.
Under coach Erik Spoelstra, the streak shooting forward normed 8.9 points in 22 minutes per game. He will join Jae Crowder and rookie Jaylen Brown in manning Boston’s wing.
