After two years of active development, Sucker Punch will soon be winding down work on their critically acclaimed hack n' slash adventure game, Ghost of Tsushima, as patch 2.18 is set to be the final note-worthy update for the game. While this patch doesn't contain any major updates, it does feature the option to transfer save files from the Playstation 4 version to the Playstation 5 version for Ghost of Tsushima's Legends game mode.

In a statement made over on the official Sucker Punch Twitter page, they have openly expressed their gratitude to the long-time players for both the single-player campaign and the Legends co-op mode.

“We want to say a huge thank you to the entire community for the incredible amount of support and feedback we’ve gotten since launch. When Legends launched in October 2020, we never expected to have such an active community more than a year and a half later, and we could not be more thankful to everyone who has been with us on this journey!”

They have also gone on to mention that while active development for the game has ended, they will still be keeping their eyes on the game for any bugs, glitches, and other issues that may be reported by the community for as long as the game is active.
