The season opener for the New York Giants is only a few days away with some concern about the team's top-two wide receivers.

Fortunately for New York, one of the two wideouts claims he'll be ready to go to take on the Dallas Cowboys at AT&T Stadium on Sunday, via ESPN's Jordan Raanan.

“I’ll be out there,” Marshall said in his first public comments since suffering the injury two weeks ago. “I feel good. Other than the hit I took out there in Cleveland the body feels amazing. This is probably the only camp that I had that I really didn’t have anything. That is kind of encouraging being 33 and trying to be aware of where I’m at and keep track and be mindful so I know how to treat it.

“I feel amazing.”

After spending the last two seasons with the New York Jets, Marshall has moved to a different locker room in the same stadium. Marshall will continue catch passes at MetLife Stadium, but they'll be coming from two-time Super Bowl champion Eli Manning from now on.

The acquisition of Marshall helps take some pressure off of the team's elite wideout, Odell Beckham Jr. Although it appears Marshall will be ready for the season opener against the division rival Cowboys, Beckham may not be as he continues to deal with an ankle sprain he suffered during the preseason.

If Beckham is unable to play, expect Marshall to see a bulk of the passes head his way as the Giants try to beat the Cowboys for the second year in a row in Week 1.
