New York Giants cornerback DeAndre Baker has pleaded not guilty on all charges for an alleged armed robbery in Florida last Wednesday, according to Cameron Wolfe of ESPN.com.

Baker, along with Seattle Seahawks cornerback Quinton Dunbar, was accused of stealing watches and money from a party while armed with semiautomatic firearms.

The 22-year-old was charged with four counts of armed robbery with a firearm and four counts of aggravated assault with a firearm. He turned himself in to authorities over the weekend and was ultimately released on $200,000 bail.

Baker, who played his collegiate football at the University of Georgia, was originally selected by the Giants in the first round (30th pick overall) of the 2019 NFL Draft.

He played in every game during his rookie campaign, registering 61 tackles and eight passes defended.

The Miami native spent four years at Georgia, arriving at the school in 2016. He played in just one game during his freshman year, logging one tackle. His playing time increased the following season, as he finished with 31 tackles, a sack, a couple of interceptions, a forced fumble, a fumble recovery and five passes defended.

Baker then began putting himself on the map as a top defensive back prospect in his junior campaign, recording 44 tackles, three picks and nine passes defended. He capped off his NCAA career by totaling 40 tackles, a pair of picks, a forced fumble and nine passes defended during his senior year.

New York went 4-12 this past season and has made just one playoff appearance since last winning the Super Bowl during the 2011-12 campaign.
