For a long time, Nick Bosa was the favorite to be the first overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft. But he's since been swept under the rug a bit by all the media attention paid to Kyler Murray. Murray is now the favorite to be taken first overall by the Cardinals, and Bosa has been flying a bit more under the radar lately.

He recently was in New York for the premier of “Game of Thrones,” the show on which his brother Joey makes a cameo appearance, and had a meeting with New York Giants brass while he was in town. TMZ Sports caught up with the Ohio State pass-rusher, and asked him about the visit.

Bosa didn't want to say much, but he did say the meeting “went good.” Unfortunately for the Giants, they probably won't get the chance to draft Bosa. New York currently owns the sixth overall pick, and Bosa is projected to be off the board long before then.

Recent reports indicate the 49ers plan on drafting Bosa if the Cardinals do end up passing on him with the first pick.

The Giants could always execute a trade up, and there's also always the chance that Bosa surprisingly falls farther than expected. The Giants just traded away Olivier Vernon to the Browns, so they could certainly use a new pass-rusher.

Bosa missed most of his junior season at Ohio State with an injury, but was having a big year before going down. In less than three full games, Bosa had already racked up four sacks. Wherever he goes, Bosa will make an immediate impact on the defensive front.
