Bad news for Giants fans: Odell Beckham Jr. is out for yet another game.

According to NBC Sports, the wide receiver — who has been sidelined thanks to a quad injury — will be out for another few games, including for Sunday's game against the Colts.

Beckham has not only sat out the past few games, but he's sat out practice for the past week.

This could prove detrimental to the Giants in the long run, as proven in their recent game against Washington. Though they started out strong in their first game without Beckham, they ultimately bottomed out when they got shut out against the Titans in a 17-0 loss.

In addition to Beckham, linebacker Alec Ogletree, center Spencer Pulley, and wide receiver Russell Shepard will also sit out Sunday's game.

Even though Odell Beckham Jr. says he “feels better,” his failure to show up for practice makes the team hesitant to put him out on the field.

Beckham suffered the quad injury when the Giants played the Eagles in a game that they lost on November 25th. However, Beckham played against Chicago the following week, leaving some to wonder if his injury was serious.

The New York Giants will play against the Dallas Colts on Sunday in what will be their “season finale.”

On the season, Beckham has caught 77 passes for 1,052 yards and six touchdowns. He has recorded those numbers in 12 games. New York would like to have their star receiver back, but with the playoffs being out of the question, shutting him down might be the better option.
