Odell Beckham Jr. wanted to spend his entire NFL career with the New York Giants, but the current Cleveland Browns wideout wasn't pleased with how his tenure ended and how the franchise didn't surround quarterback Eli Manning with more talent.

On the All Thing Covered Podcast, Beckham Jr. says the Giants didn't win many games near the end of Manning's career because the front office didn't put enough talent around the two-time champion.

The Giants made the playoffs once during the Odell Beckham Jr. era. While OBJ put up stellar numbers in New York, he was always in trade rumors and never developed the best rapport with his coaches or Eli Manning.

Before the start of the 2018 season, the Giants traded Beckham Jr. to the Browns. OBJ finished his New York career with 390 receptions for 5,476 yards and 44 touchdowns. Beckham Jr. made the Pro Bowl three times and was the 2014 Offensive Rookie of the Year.

Manning, meanwhile, went 117-117 with the Giants in the regular season. He threw 366 touchdowns and 244 interceptions while racking up 57,023 passing yards.

The brother of Peyton Manning, Eli guided the Giants to Super Bowls over Tom Brady and the New England Patriots.

Beckham Jr. only appeared in seven games this season for the Browns. The former Giants superstar tore his ACL in Week 7 and underwent season-ending surgery.

OBJ is still one of the best players in the league, but his production has dipped since getting traded from the Giants.
