Saquon Barkley has joined the massive #BLM movement. The New York Giants running back took to Instagram to post an edited image of him sporting a strong “I Can't Breathe” jersey in support of the huge uproar on the recent killing of George Floyd.

The Giants star is standing in solidarity against the injustice that has been prevalent in America for centuries now. The most recent incident that has sparked outrage all throughout the world was last week when Floyd, a 46-year-old African-American man, was killed in broad daylight at the hands of Derek Chauvin, a Minnesota police officer.

The victim was brutally pressed down on the neck by Chauvin after he suspected Floyd of spending a counterfeit bill. Floyd's brutal murder was caught on camera as numerous of civilians were there so witness and document the crime.

Just like a lot of personalities all over the world, Saquon Barkley has opted to use his influence and position to speak out and be heard. The Giants youngster also retweeted San Franciso 49ers wide receiver Marquise Goodwin saying that battle is bigger than just being about Whites and Blacks — it's everyone against racism.

The Giants have also come out with their own statement in support of the cause, as they advocate for real change and social justice. In a tweet earlier on Tuesday, the team expressed its continuous efforts in support of different advocate groups.

As the protests and rallies become stronger and wider, we expect more and more notable figures to come out and make their voices be heard.
