New York Giants tight end Evan Engram has been an important part of the team's offense since he was drafted 23rd out of Ole Miss — where Eli Manning also went to college — in 2017. Engram clearly has the talent to be one of the best tight ends in the league but injuries have held the 25-year-old from reaching his true potential.

However, while injuries have held Engram back, the play of former Giants QB Eli Manning has not. Despite being late into his career, Engram credited Manning with the ‘most beautiful pass' he had ever seen when Engram replied to a Twitter video of his own highlights.

In three seasons with the Giants, Engram has only played more than 11 games once. 2019 was Engram's worst in terms of injury as the former first-round pick only played eight games making six starts as he dealt with a foot injury. In 2018, Engram suffered a concussion, a sprained MCL and a pulled hamstring.

In the games that he has played, Engram has posted 153 catches for 1,766 yards and 12 touchdowns over three seasons — 467 yards and three touchdowns of which came last season.

And while Manning was clearly at the tail-end of his career when Engram was on the team, it appears that the two-time Super Bowl-winning QB still had what it took to deliver a strong ball with plenty of touch.

2019 was Manning's last season with the Giants, and he spent most of the year as the backup to rookie Daniel Jones. In four starts, Manning completed 61.9 percent of his passes for 1,042 yards, six touchdowns and five interceptions.
