Something Klay Thompson needs to get used to is already getting on his nerves. And we're still over two months away from the start of next season.

There will inevitably be more media attention on the Golden State Warriors than ever this upcoming season after the 73-win team acquired Kevin Durant this summer. That means a lot of things, including constantly being asked about how you think the season is going to go before it's even started.

Klay is already tired of this.

When asked if he is indeed tired of the questions about next season yet, via GQ.com:

Yes. Yes. I just want to go out there and prove to people how great we can be. Everyday at the media session here I have to answer questions about it. ‘Oh, how’s the chemistry between you three.’ Everyday… But it’s part of the territory. I just give some automated answers. I can be pretty robotic. There’s a lot of hype surrounding the franchise now, and deservedly so. It’s part of our job, we have to answer those questions.

Yes Klay, you can be very robotic. When it comes to giving robotic responses, that shouldn't be new territory for Thompson.

Thompson, Durant and Draymond Green got an earlier than usual chance to develop some chemistry together this summer in the Rio Olympics. Thompson and Durant were starters on the team while Green barely played, but the trio definitely spent some valuable time together that could smooth the transition when the season does begin.

The Olympics are over now, so maybe Klay will get a break when it comes to being asked about next season. But the closer we get, the more questions there will be, and Thompson needs to be ready for it.
